Larry Schaefer founded our firm after nearly 20 years of practice as a nationally recognized plaintiff's employment lawyer, including several years as the managing partner at Sprenger + Lang in Minneapolis and Washington, D.C. He's probably best known for his victory in the landmark Eveleth Mines sexual harassment case featured in the movie "North Country."
Since then, our attorneys have taken on and defeated some of the most powerful corporations in the nation, including American Express, 3M, Northwest Airlines, Wal-Mart and Wells Fargo.
