Jill Gaulding is an experienced litigator and educator, committed to the pursuit of civil rights and equal opportunity. Jill concentrates her practice on discrimination law and has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law.
Prior to joining the Schaefer Law Firm in 2007, Jill was an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Iowa College of Law from 2002 through 2006. She taught Employment Discrimination Law, Seminar on Employment Discrimination in Global Perspective, and Contract Law (with Legal Research and Writing). In 2005, she was selected by her colleagues and students for the Collegiate Teaching Award. Prior to joining the
Jill also clerked for the Honorable Sandra L. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and spent two years as one of ten American fellows at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in
